Wayne Kline in Bay Shore parking lot

 

Wayne Kline, a popular local who cleaned up Bay Shores parking lot, later worked as the cart manager at the Atlantic City and Mays Landing Country Clubs. Although handicapped since birth, Wayne was often seen walking around town, or riding his three wheeled bicycle in Ocean City, where he lived for many years.

Roger caught Wayne one day while he was cleaning up the bottles and cans from the Bay Shores lot, one of his daily chores at that time, circa late 1970s.
