Having left SP many years ago but with so many ties still active I stumbled across you website. This one brings so many memories. Pop was my grandpop, and many many days were spent watching him cook and running the bar. Imagine being 7 and excited to go to the bar to pay shuffleboard on Sunday mornings while mom (Rosie) and Dad (Elmer) spent time getting ready for container sales. You are doing a great service! Thanks so much.
